Can I return an item?
We accept returns on most unused and unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging.
Please note:
For hygiene reasons, used or opened products (including beauty and personal care items) cannot be returned.
Sale items or limited edition products are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
How to start a return

Your order number
The item you’re returning
A brief description (this helps us improve!)
We will provide you with return instructions and a return label (if applicable).
Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., the item was damaged or incorrect).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered safely.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original form of payment.
Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend processing your return and placing a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will process it immediately and provide you with a return label free of charge.
