At Crikul, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Where We Ship From
We proudly ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Currently, we don’t offer international shipping, but stay tuned – we’re working on expanding our service!

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase (Monday-Friday).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 3-7 Business Days

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 Business Days (Available at Checkout)

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs
All U.S. orders over $50 receive free standard shipping

For orders under $50, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can always track your order using the tracking link provided.

Lost or Missing Package
If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery time, or there is an issue with the tracking information, please contact us at jhfweefikq@iubridge.com. We are here to help and will work with the carrier to resolve any issues.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the United States and do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
